APPLICATION:
1. It is mainly used to produce all kinds of UPVC pipes for agriclutural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage and cable laying etc.
2. Saw cutter, dust freee cutter and planetary cutter for choice.
3. Changing some parts can also produce PE pipe, HDPE pipe, inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe.
4. Conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for choice.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A PE PIPE PRODUCTION LINE?
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
Material Feeding & Drying
PE resin pellets are fed into the hopper and dried (if necessary) to remove moisture, ensuring optimal extrusion quality.
Extrusion Melting & Plasticizing
The single-screw extruder heats and melts the PE material uniformly, using precise temperature control zones for consistent viscosity.
Pipe Extrusion & Molding
The molten PE is pushed through a pipe die head, forming a continuous pipe shape with controlled dimensions.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The extruded pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to stabilize the diameter, then enters a cooling water tank for solidification.
Haul-off & Traction
A haul-off machine pulls the pipe at a controlled speed to maintain uniform thickness and prevent deformation.
Cutting & Length Control
An automatic cutting machine trims the pipe to the required lengths with precision.
Stacking & Packaging
The finished PE pipes are collected by a stacking machine or manually packed for storage and shipment.
